Michele was AMAZING to work with! I was referred to her with not much time before my event and she responded quickly and professionally. She squeezed me into her schedule to accommodate my event and organized set up so that guests would not be affected. The goal was to be completely set up by guest arrival time. She said she'd be there at 4pm to set up and LITERALLY my door bell rang at 4pm. We had 3 dealers for our event and everyone was great to work with. They took the time to teach those of us who were newbies and by the end of the night everyone was happily playing without any intimidation! Overall one of the best parties I've ever thrown and much of that was because of Michele and her staff. Highly recommend!
Prestige Casino is fabulous! Our organization booked Prestige Casino for a staff event. Their staff are very professional and accommodating during the booking and planning process.On site, the dealers patiently taught and guided our staff through each of the games. They even tallied our top three winners of the night so we can hand out prizes. Our staff had a wonderful time! We have never done anything like this, and was a little cautious, but it was absolutely wonderful. They were on time, friendly, engaging, and the top table with all the activity was an 84 year old dealer - she was just great. Michelle was excellent to work with, even when we had to postpone our original date due to COVID. She worked with us and we couldn't be happier. The communication was great from start to finish - that is rare now days. The price was excellent and for 3 hours of entertainment, we couldn't have asked for more. We had a theme, Roaring 20's and many got into the spirit. Fantastic party, excellent business. Thank you to all the team.
